  39. No, Windows for Workgroups 3.11 is a 16 bit operating system.  The only major 
  40. change over windows 3.1 is its built in support for networking and some minor 
  41. changes (like the tool bar in file manager).  You will still need to use the 
  42. win32s library to run LW with WFWG.
  43.  
  44. Life will be much simpler if Windows9X lives up to expectations...
